Demilitarization of range residue has been a problem throughout the history of bombing and gunnery ranges. Although the range residue is diligently inspected, it’s difficult to insure energetic items (such as spotting charges and small explosive components) are completely removed.
UXB recognized the need for an economical, lightweight, mechanized demilitarization process to specifically address this growing worldwide problem. Our Demilitarization Services Division is comprised of dedicated personnel with years of engineering, manufacturing, and management expertise, and they are addressing the problem of range residue and munitions disposal.
