The Dynasafe MECV, Mobile Explosion Containment Vessel, is designed for the safe containment and removal of items possibly containing explosives, toxic, radiological materials or a combination of these threats. The MECV series is gas-tight with an option to sample gases after detonation prior to being safely released; this is a feature of all Dynasafe “containment” products.  The MECV can also decontaminate the chamber after a detonation. The MECV series is designed to withstand repetitive detonations up to the maximum amount of explosives specified for the specific version.

The MECV series is equipped for use in a vast number of applications involving transport, removal and containment of dangerous items. Potential applications for the MECV include law enforcement agencies, military units, security companies and organizations, and airports.

The operating sequence of the MECV: opening, closing and locking is performed via remote control by the operator from a safe distance. The unit can also be used in conjunction with an independent remote controlled robot.

The Dynasafe MECV is designed in a modular configuration in order to meet different demands in respect to mobility, volume, loading and capacity.

The MECV series has many unique features such as super heating which destroys the dangerous good inside.  Another option is, the ability to decontaminate itself after toxic contamination using the Dynasafe TSBC system. The MECV series offers the same unique level of safety, gas-tightness and user-friendliness as all Dynasafe products.
